Soon after a chick hatches, start feeding it "starting feed." Till they are 6 or 8 weeks old, keep giving them beginning meal. The starting diet contains the most protein that a chicken ever consumes. As the chick gets older, its nutritional protein needs decrease while its energy needs increase. Feed the chicks a "finisher" food (for broilers) or a "developer" diet once they are 6 or 8 weeks old (to pullets or cockerels saved for breeding purposes). Till they are ready for slaughter, feed broilers a finisher diet. Starter Feed a developer to the pullets and cockers until they are at least 20 weeks old. Feed them a "layer" diet until egg production stops once it begins. Read More- https://coherentmarketinsightsus.blogspot.com/2022/12/a-starter-feed-is-protein-dense-variety.html
